What is 'For Newcastle'?
As part of our wider For the One initiative, we're launching 'For Newcastle', a practical expression of God's love for our city.
We believe the church should be known for its compassion and generosity. For Newcastle is our commitment to loving, serving, and giving for the good of Newcastle by coming alongside local charities, schools, and community projects already making a difference in our city! Rather than starting something new, we want to strengthen the incredible work already happening across our city., that's why this year, we're inviting everyone in our church family to get involved.

Raising £1,000
Over three weeks, we’ll be raising money to support local charities, community organisations, and our Community Grocery Store.
Every pound we raise will be given away to help strengthen work that is already making a difference across Newcastle. Our goal is to raise £1,000—and together, we can make a real difference.

Serve
Partnering with others
One practical way we can love our city is by serving it, throughout the campaign we'll be partnering with local organisations to provide opportunities for people to get involved in practical acts of service, including community litter picks and other local projects.

Loving our community
Not every act of generosity needs to be organised, as followers of Jesus, we're called to love our neighbours in the ordinary moments of everyday life!
Throughout For Newcastle, we're encouraging everyone to look for opportunities to show kindness, generosity, and compassion wherever God has placed you.
